Boss audio system no power?

i just hooked up my boss audio system to make sure it worked i hooked up all the wires except the illumination and the parking brake(it has a dvd output). the cd remove light is illuminated but the power wont turn on. might it be because those two wires are not connected or is it something else? i pressed the reset button and nothing happened. i also havnt bought a antenna adaptor might this cause the problem also? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Take some photos and email them to me.

You may have a bad fuse in the car that needs to be replaced. Two of your wires carry power - the Red and the Yellow.

If both do not have power, your stuff won't work.

Check everything in your car for functionality (lights, dome lamp, cigarette lighter etc...and if something in the car isn't working, go look for that fuse in your fuse block - Also sometimes there are more than one fuse block so look under your dash, and under the hood as well.
