  1. loyalty, reliability, dependability, good attitude, team player, conscientious, honesty, willingness to learn new skills, ability to take constructive criticism, ability to actively listen, etc.

  2. When I look to employ people now I am senior, I always trust my intuition. It doesnt matter to me if the person has lots of experience or not, but I want a person who is genuine, honest and has compassion for the patients I nurse. I want somebody who I can train to be the best they can be and would not mind investing my time into this. I want a genuine person who will not get involved in cliques or back stabbing. I want somebody who will fight for what they believe in and even challenge my decisions if they are opposed to them, integrity is important. as for behaviour, I myself work better alone, so I would not employ any loud mouths or braggers as I hate them. I also would not employ somebody with body odour as it makes me sick. Anything else I can work with

  3. I agree with Janet

    Loyalty

Commitment and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed
