The Boston Red Sox management has officially announced its next season’s coaching staff with hope for a better begging in 2012. The Red Sox top management was also very hopeful on Friday, as they know now is the time to make the most when not many teams
are inclined towards training and wasting time in the offseason.
Red Sox manager, Bobby Valentine spoke during a conference call and announced Red Sox’s coaching staff for 2011. He said, “It was really important to try to blend the other three selected coaches with the existing ones so that all of the disciplines are
covered. So that we know that the players will be taught specific skills by very talented people and also try to get a mix of personalities that won't conflict but will stimulate each other and ultimately stimulate the team.”
He added with details about the entire coaching staff’s capabilities and their true hard work for the team. Valentine said, “Filled the bill on all those things. He can be very sociable and jovial, but he also can be stern when he needs to be, and I think
that's a good prerequisite to this job.”
Pitching coach Bob McClure along with Alex Ochoa, Jerry Royster, hitting coach Dave Magadan and bench coach Bogar will be responsible to handle all the coaching tasks for Red Sox in the next big competition in American baseball.
All these coaches are relatively well experienced in Major League and likely to put forward their best potential whenever the next season will start. For many, it was very pleasing that five best coaches will be heading one team. These coaches certainly
posses the right capabilities to lead the Red Sox franchise in the coming season.
Meanwhile, completion of coaching staff is not the only responsibility that was given to manager, McClure, as strengthening the current roster is still a pending process for McClure.
The Red Sox along with McClure have yet to include some new players into their 40-man roster as they currently require two starting pitchers with one particular player on second base to give backup to their other second baseman team-mates.
