Boston University VS Northeastern University in International Relations Programs?

Question

which school has a better and stronger international relations/affairs program?

or is there another college around that standard that has an even better international relations program? preferably in the east coast and massachusetts area.

Boston College, Harvard, Tufts, Brandeis are all top tier.

Between the two you listed... I would go with NE.
