  1. Question 1 .) Is the vascular cambium present in all group of plants? if not, cite examples.

Answer 1 ) Vascular cambium  IS  NOT  present  in all groups  of  plants .

As the name suggests it is expected in only in the plants that have vascular or conducting tissue .

So Non - Vascular  plants  like mosses and their relatives from Division Bryophyta   DO NOT  show vascular cambium.

Amongst the Vascular plants ; the ferns and their allies from the group Pteridophyta DO NOT show vascular cambium.

Amongst the Angiosperms ; the Monocotyledons like grasses and other cereals and Lilies DO NOT   have vascular cambium.

Only the Dicotyledonous Plants SHOW vascular cambium.

Question 2 ) Do all plants have tracheary elements(vessels, tracheids)? if not, cite examples.

Answer 2 ) No . The plants belonging to Division Bryophyta and lower plants DO NOT have tracheary elements .

  2. I think vascular cambium is not present in all plants. In monocots, there is no cambium layer.

One of the first things you should know is that there is no such word as "all" in the world of botany. I think there are plants who dont have tracheid elements.
