Both Parent US Citizien, I'm Stuck Oversea's HELP!!!?

Both my parents are US citizens, I'm stuck in asia. I'm their only child, and over 21 yrs of age. What should we do? What paperwork do we need and where do we petition at? We can't afford a lawyer, Thanks,

Get a tourist visa.  Don't say nothing, get over here and work it out, with a free lawyer.

It seams that your parents have abandoned you before they were awarded US citizenship, and now you want to join them. Because otherwise it would not be that problem. I think you should go to nearest US embassy. They will ask for complimentary documents which you can provide by the help of your parents in US.

how are you stuck? no papers? lost your passport ? if you are an US citizen, you do not need a petition to come to the US, you need to contact the US embassy in Asia, but where are you in Asia ?

have you had any trouble with the law over there? since you mentionned an *Attorney? come back and explain yourserlf a bit better,

i read your previous questions, you said that they abandonned you ? but you have found them?

Excuse me!  You are an american by birth I guess since both parents are Americans.  Therefore, go to the nearest U.S. Embassy and tell them you lost your passport; and they will help you obtain the proper papers to return to the U.S.

I mean, how did you get over there in the first place; you sound to "not smart" to have made it overseas all by yourself.  Did your American parents abandon you?

Keep in mind that just b/c both your parents are U.S. citizens, that doesn't automatically entitle you to that privilege also.

If you're in the country of which you're a citizen, then you're not "stuck", you're "HOME"
