  1. I would contact ( DWP ) or whoever supplies your water and talk to them. They may be able to do pressure tests.

  2. is this a new problem? id check all your valves to make sure they are all the way open. if have a older home with galvanized pipes they could be corroded and in need of replacement. if you have a pressure reducing valve near your water meter it may be equipped with a strainer that may need to be cleaned

  3. Ensure all taps are off and there is no water use in the house. Look at your meter - is it still running?  If so you have a leak on your property. If not then no leak - this test might take a few mins to observe the metere moving.

Do you have any backflow devices installed at the front of the property or any pressure regulator? Have that checked out.

Once you have exhausted those then call your water department and ask them if they could investigate for changes on their side.  It may be some temp work they are doing or could be as suggested a bigger problem they are unaware of.

  4. They could have been doing construction and went too deep and hit a water main in your area.

  5. Check that the cut off valve at the meter and entering your house is fully open. It may be that the water company is having trouble with a pump, or just that supply is low, so they have reduced pressure to save water.
