We have reacently been given a bottle on Gin from a family member, its Bombay Gin, except its not the usual blue colour that you would expect, the glass etc is completely clear, like glass, obviously this is not a recently made bottle and it looks old. Does anyone know approximately how old it could be and what it could be worth...if anything.

Thanks

Col

  1. remember that guy in scotland who recently 'inherited' a really old bottle of champagne? .. well, he enlisted the help of moet chandon themselves.  He contacted them directly, and asked about the type of bottle he had, the label, etc.  It turns out the company had to do indepth research to find out, and were quite happy to discovery its rarity and age!  I would try to contact someone in PR at Bombay. take some photos and email it or write a lovely hand-written letter.
