breastfeeding- both for the child and for the mother. There's overwhelming scientific evidence that breastfeeding is superior to bottle feeding. After all, the primary biological purpose of b*****s is to feed infants.

Bottles aren't bad or evil, but they aren't nearly as good as b*****s. Bottle feeding is infinitely better than starvation if the mom can't breastfeed or if she's taking medication, but it's not ideal.

Breastfeeding is also good for the mother since it helps weight loss, aids recovery, and protects against breast cancer.

Breast feeding is best for lots of reasons. You give babies what is needed to fight off sickness so they get better faster. The don't get as many allergies, your milk is always with you and the right temp. Breast milk is so much more nutricious than formula, and saves you from having a period for about 6 months!
