Bottom End Rattle Noise in 1991 Tunderbird SC???

guy is selling his 91 thunderbird supercoupe and says that it runs and everything but has a bottom end rattle noise and said somethign about it being the rod or somthign..... how much would this cost to fix and is it a big deal?/???

yeah is a very big deal, its is more than likely the main bearings which without them well its not gonna run and yeah its not to cheap to fix, I def wouldnt venture into this, u will be doing major rebuild. Move on, lol
