Bottom entry torbeck valve?

Question

how do i replace this, do i remove the bolt on the bottom of the cistern put a new one in and redo the bolt ? i know this may sound straight forward but i have,nt a clue

isolate water to loo

flush the loo

remove all remaining water from the cistern

undo nut that connects water pipe to bottom of plastic pipe

undo plastic nut that holds threaded pipe to cistern

remove valve assembly

put in new with rubber washer in cistern

do up plastic nut

attach water pipe with new fibre washer

open water supply slowly and check for leaks

adjust water level
