Bought Overhead Projector off ebay - arrived smashed and not working?

What can I do?

It obviously wasn't wrapped safely, just put in a box and mailed.

I figure it was the courier used, or maybe I got ripped off by the seller who posted it like that knowing it would look like the courier.

Anyway, can I get my money back via paypal or something if the seller doesn't give me a refund?

contact the seller if you dont get a repy report it to ebay and paypal as paypal automatically covers you ..Paypal protection

Try to work it out with the seller,if that don't work than get ahold of eBay

**** ya! Contact EBAY ASAP! BULL ****! If that doesnt work, contact the Better Business Bureau. If you paid 5 dollars not worth it, if you paid 1000 its worth it.

make a complaint with paypal for sure and then you and the seller have 30 days to dispute, if the seller doesnt respond, you will get up to a $200 refund, but he most likely will, so you both are gonna have to come up with an agreement or he is gonna get bad feedback and possibly have to refund the whole amount in full unless he closes his account, been there done that, dont bother asking ebay, go through paypal if thats where the transaction went through and they have some kind of buyers protection.
