Bought Something With Paypal But Don't Have The Money In Checkings?

Alright so I used paypal to buy something off of http://www.adorama.com I tried it once before and it wouldn't even let the payment go through? I want the thing I bought but I don't have enough in my checkings to pay for it so will it just get declined? I tried the bill me later thing but it didn't work I don't know why. Also is there a way to cancel it the order is in pending status. My checkings and debit card have no line of credit.

If you don't have the funds to pay for it, it's not surprising that the transaction was declined.  You should contact customer service at that website to find out why you couldn't use the pay later or if you want to cancel the order.

You can't owe Paypal money. If you don't have the cash to pay for the product, you're not going to get the product.
