Bought a 3 month old parakeet. I don't know if she likes to be inside or outside in her cage when it rains???

Are they afraid of rain or do they understand it because it's been part of their natural habitat??

well i hope that she is inside of the house.  if she is then she should be fine

Since it is a young parakeet, try leaving it in the house when it rains till it gets older. when it does, try taking it outside in the cage. If it shows signs that it does not like the rain, bring it inside immediately. Another thing you can do is contact your local pet store or your avian vetinarian. Hope this helps and congratulations!
