You should ask the seller how they are shipping it.  when people list "standard flat rate shipping", that just means they are charging a specific amount for shipping.  If it is being shipped usps, you can check the website for approximate time it would take to reach you.  Also, ask the seller if they are getting delivery confirmation so you can track the package.
