Bought a phone on ebay waited a month not received it,

Question

they said they had none in stock so I would get a refund is there any way of getting my cash back ??

If you paid with PayPal, you can report the item as not received and they will file a dispute to get your money back.  If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and file a complaint with them to get your money back.  And definately file a complaint with ebay too.

File a complaint with e-bay if they don't come through their accounts will be closed

Go to ebay and report it!  Also leave negative feedback for the seller, they hate that.

You have to always check there feedback. Some t**t did that to me only he sold the item again under my nose. I left him negative feedback and warned others not to purchase from him, luckily he refunded my money. Good luck.
