Bought blackberry at flea market problem is its locked to att and how do i get the old users email off of it?

i know i have to get it unlocked probley via internet but when i tun it on there is the guys email address at the top. how do i get it off and input my own?

you will need to wipe/scrub the deice. It will earse everything on it and restoring unit to its original state.

Go to settings/options/security settings/general properties/press the menu button and select wipe handheld. But call ATT first to see about your Blackberry. Maybe they can push something to your device.
