Bought item on ebay, payed for it then returned and seller will not refund. Chances of getting $ back??

Question

I purchased an item on ebay, payed for it within an hour of winning it, was a fake item (not as described), returned the item & the seller said they would refund me and never did. I filed a dispute with paypal and my credit card company. Luckily I printed out the ebay page stating the "money back guarentee" the seller said, then left them neg. feedback and seller deleted the item and their account! what are my chances of getting my money back! please help!!

now break in and demand a refund....

The credit card company should issue a charge back against the sellers account. Just make sure to show the money back guarantee and proof that it was fake.
