Bought rolex yacht masater 18k white gold on ebay

bought this watch saying it was 18k white gold (gents). not yacht master ll..( just yacht master) the problem is i can't see another with all my researhing on the net. just ss/ pl which it looks more like. it is stamped 18k.. can you put anymore light on my problem..thanks jimmy.
