  1. NO,the dealer applies at different banks to see witch ones approves your credit not all the banks approved you don't worry.

  2. difficult but ur best bet would be to give it back and get ur 2 cars back and if u kept the receipts for the repairs to get ur money back. they will probably refer u to someone else for the loan though

  3. Sounds like a scam to me. They put the title in your name before THEIR credit department approved the loan? They should not have done that even if you were using your own credit source. Call your state attorney generals office. That is what they are there for. My guess is they are going to try to give you some outrageous interest rate. also when they give you c**p threaten them with the state attorney general. I guarantee you one phone call from the attorney generals office and they will give you the rate that they agreed on one way or another even if you make the payments directly to them. Don't miss any. They will take it right out of your drive way.

  4. how do  you have the title if you were financing it?

most often if you are paying off the car, they hold the title til the loan is paid

  5. its urs... but if i were u i would park it in the garage... they will probably send a repo man after it or try and take it back to u

  6. I don't think you'll get a free car out of it, but I could certainly be wrong.

  7. if you have legal paperwork saying that you own the vehicle then they cant take it back, but they should have let you know if you were denied credit before you bought the car.

  8. Odd that you would get the title in your name. You would get the registration in your name. The title usually shows a lienholder as the actual owner. Look a little closer.  You can either try to get financing through another source or if you take the car back take your receipts for the repairs (why would you be paying for these? ) and you should get re-imbursed.

  9. ill hide the car if i was you lol just for a while

  10. There's a old song  go on take the money and run hoooyeah take the money and run  well  take the car and run it's yours  paper says so !!
