Starting on Puget sound (East of Vancouver Island); 49 degrees N latitude for most part till lake of the woods in east; Rainy river and lakes; Great lakes (Superior, Huron, Erie & Ontario); River St.Lawrence till 45d N; 45d N till trijunction of Quebec (Canada), Vermont & New Hampshire and finally a squiggle between Quebec & Brunswick(Canada)  on north and New hampshire & Maine (USA) on south.
