Bournemouth to Portsmouth?

I am going to be flying down from Edinburgh to Bournemouth and need to get to Portsmouth, does anyone know of any good train service or bus service that can take me? How much it will cost? Can I prebook etc?

you can pre book.  it takes about an hour and a half and there is one change.

not sure on prices but i would say about £15. probs cheeper at differnt times of the. travel off peak where possible.
