Bowel movement change?

My little girl (2 months old) had a bowel movement that was the color as usual (mustard yellow) but its texture was cottage cheese like, with little white spots in it(lumps like). Should I be alarmed? Has anyone experience it before, she seems contact like nothing is wrong. JW what you thought. thanks!

My baby had a solid p**p one day!!! I thought it was weird, and I talked to a nurse and she said babies sometimes have funny poops and not to worry unless it continues. My sons p**p is always full of little white lumps, but he is breast fed, so I don't know if that would make the difference.

I don't think it's anything to be concerned about, but it's always best to be safe than sorry.  If you think you should call your doc, I would.
