okay.

so lately, ive been having really bad bowel problems..

right after a trip to new york city i took a dose of senokot (2 tablets) to expel everything thats been impacted in my colon.

now, that was 2 weeks ago. after that, i've been eating fiber one honey clusters cereal every single morning and for a whole week straight i've been going regular.

now, this past week, my...well, f***s..have been really thin. like they've been pressed against something and it's really hard to get out. i strain and strain and its like, not coming out! ive been trying to up my fiber and water intake but its still not working.

i even went to desperate measures and well, stuck a finger up in there and basically scooped some of it out. its really sticky and flat, but theres still some stuck in my bowel.

what should i do?

  1. You have what is called a fecal impacation.  You need to go tothe hospital and let them get it out.

Also get Metamucil or a generic of it.  Drink a teaspoon in 8 oz of water.  Then drink another glass of water after.  You will become regular in no time and you wont have this problem again.

  2. you need to go to a doctor asap. Please. something bad can happen just go see a doc asap

  3. Eat more laxative food, like papaya, banana, orange juice and do sporting.

  4. It sounds like maybe you have a couple of issues there.....when we become constipated usually there are athings/issues that we are having a problem of letting go of. however physicallyit sounds like you have a mineral imbalance.....There are a few things you could do.....eat foods that are laxative in nature....like prunes,a good licorice and green veges. To replace the mineral lack, go to a health shop and get dr Schuesslelr tissue salts...they are homeopathic......in the Nat Mur  which will help put moisture into the bowel, and make it easier to pass the stools,  and also the Calc fluor, which will give your bowel the elasticity to expel, and the Nat Sulph to lessen the difficulty in moving  it out. These are not expensive to buy and work relatively quickly....because they are dissolved on the tongue and so go straight into the blood stream.....= homeopathic. I would also suggest that you drink plenty of water......to help flush everything out....and one more thing....just let your Dr monitor you.....it wouldnt hurt.

  5. I eat an apple everyday & eat some raw veggies in dip. Are you eating other fibers such as fruits & veggies? If not try adding them to your diet.
