Box spilts and front splits question?

I want detailed advice as to how i can safely learn both types of spilts as quick as possible. Thankyou

  1. You need to make sure you warm up before even attempting the splits.

    Warm up for a minimum of 10 minutes making sure all your leg/back muscles are warm.

    Then try doing the splits without pushing yourself at all.

    This will be a guide of how limber you are.

    Then start stretching your leg muscles slowly, this is a long process and can take weeks even months to get to the full splits.

    Making sure you can touch your toes is a good start. I know this sounds stupid but some people cant actually touch their toes when they attempt the splits and they can hurts themselves.

    Doing the splits while holding two chairs or bars for support is always a good idea.

    Practicing kicks and asking someone to help you stretch will also help the limbering process.

    Splits take time to learn and there is know super quick way of learning them, daily stretches and lots of time and effort are the only way of learning splits.
