Boxer who's last name was foley?

there was a boxer from i think the 60's/70's he lived in Arizona a parked in chandler is named after him he drowned. i need to know his first name his last name is foley. i think he once faught george forman or someone like that. he was african american. any help would be great thanks. the park in arizona is foley park

I think you're talking about Zora Folley. He fought Sonny Liston in 1960, and Muhammed Ali in 1967. He finished his career with a record of 79(KO 44) - 11- 6, before dying in July of 1972.
