Boxers sleeptime?

I want to start boxing and I want to wake up at 5:00am to run for atleast an hour before I go to school at 6:30am I was wondering at what time I should go to sleep so I can benefit from my workouts.How important is sleep for boxers?

  1. you should get 7-8 hours at the least. If you are getting up that early I would say you should be in bed before 10 o'clock. I get up at 6 every day and I need to be sleeping by at 10:00 at the latest or I am tired the next day


  2. i would go not later than 8pm

    drink a lot of water in the morning before you have breakfast

    this will help keep your weight controled

  3. absolutely, sleep is important for many things, it gives you more energy in school and boxing.
