Im starting boxing and i weigh 93kg, for boxing would i need to lose weight because i heard the highest weight group is 91kg?

  1. hey don't eat for a couple of days. then go on those diet thing u see on tv. there food products for diets are like exactly the same for normal foods and u dont even notice the difference and u end up losing wait. another thing is u can LOSE calories therefore u lose SOME weight and then you also gain some good stamina which is really useful in boxing. go on a treadmill! i am 100% sure you will lose weight by this though: LOSE calories therefore u lose SOME weight and then you also gain some good stamina which is really useful in boxing. go on a treadmill!   hope you get in for boxing and start off by kicking some butt!!! and maybe be the next mohamed ali!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  **to lose calories u must go on a treadmill and it will tell u how much u have lost. if u dont have one just go to the nearest athletic club and get in even if it costs money cuz its worth it if u wanna start boxing dude!!!


  2. Ok, if you wanna lose weight then do the following...

    Run with heavy clothing so you sweat a lot. drink lots of water and cranberry juice (its important to stay hydrated and also cranberry juice acts like a detoxifier). avoid all carbohydrates for some time and increase your vegetable intake and avoid fatty foods. after a months of this you will have lost some weight. you can decrease the severity of some of these restrictions but you need to remember losing weight and staying fit isn't really about a diet it's about a lifestyle change
