Boxing and supplements?

when training for boxing should i be using things such as creatine and protein powders? and what vitamins should i be taking?

  1. protein shake can be good. as for vitamins you should talk to your doctor and he/she can tell you what to take based on what your body needs. some basic things your doctor will probably talk to you about are things like lipoic acid and anti-oxidents. but before you take anything it is good to check with a doctor who will know your medical needs. as for creatine. It isn't bad. but it isn't particularly helpful either. it is good for gaining weight temperarily and will give you a little extra energy that can be useful if you have extreme workouts on a daily basis. the thing is that no supplement will ever take the place of simply working hard. personally this is what I take... Biotic guard, lipoic acid, antioxidants, complete vitamin b-complex, phys-neur blended omega oil, and a supplement I just started taking is called Stemulite. Most import thing to do is check everything with your doctor.

    I think there is this stuff you can get at GNC that bulks up yur upper body realy good. ask them.
