also you can try craigslist.com in your area and see if someone is either giving one away or selling it for cheap. better than just getting a boxing bag would be signing your kid up to a boxing gym that way he can learn how to use the boxing bag properly.

its cool but teach them the importance of self DEFENSE and not just to become bully's. its safe as long as the parent acts like a parent and guides there children in the right path!
