how many belts does manny pacquiao have right now?

As of now, I believe Manny Pacquiao has two belts (WBC Super Featherweight, and The Ring Super Featherweight) which will most likely be vacated since he is planning to move up in weight for good.  Should he want to defend them, he'll have to move down in weight.

From the big belts that matters, he had a total of 3 World Championship belts in three different weight classes.

World Titles:

WBC Flyweight

IBF Super Bantamweight

WBC Super Featherweight

Other Belts:

WBC International Super Bantamweight

WBC International Super Featherweight

Currently he has the Ring Magazine/lineal/true super featherweight championship, the WBC super featherweight title, and just recenlty, the WBC lightweight title.

In the past, he has won the WBC flyweight title, IBF and WBO junior featherweight titles, and the Ring Magazine/lineal/true featherweight championship.  He has these belts in his collection because he either vacated them or lost them in the ring.  Fighters get 2 belts- one that they keep for good, and one that they must bring to the ring each time they defend it, so he still does have these belts, but they are the ones that he got to keep.
