  1. nope. go to a boxing gym you can't learn from books

  2. who care boxing is a isnt nearly as intense as mma anyway. If you want to be good at a sport sure go ahead and box but if you want to be a real fighter then forget about boxing a get to you nearest mma school

  3. rossboxing.com has alot of help on the forums there.....dont forget diet though, thats 50% of the battle.

  4. I understand that u wonna train like the champs but all camps are different and u should look at many different routines and figure out what you want your routine to be.

Be yourself and its all about DETERMINATION.

    Good Luck

  5. Two other answerers have mentioned 'infinite intensity' and/or ross emamait's rossboxing.com.

    I second those recommendations.

You won't find a better boxing conditioning program anywhere!

  6. Infinite Intensity and Full Throttle Conditing by Ross Enamit are awesome for conditing I just got Full Throttle Conditing and Its really helping me get a good workout its a DVD and Book.

Boxing's Greatest Champs by Gary Todd is good for boxing skill workouts. It has workouts of all the champions Ricky Hatton,Kosta Tyzsu,Muhammad Ali, Roy Jones Jr,Chris Byrd its goes into detail about when they run and when they wake up what time they go too the gym everything. I own all three books and they are great man if i would pick the best it would be Full Throttle Conditiong its a DVD and Book you can buy at Rossboxing.com
