what should i eat or not eat if i want to become a serious boxer??

  1. Nothing with a high fat content.  Turkey and water!


  2. boxers dont get to eat,

    but seriously, egg whites, chicken breast, steak once and a while, fruits throughout the day, veggies, carbs only during the day (no white bread), no late night meals, whole grains, soy milk, no fatty foods, fruits and whole grains are very important to keep up your energy. lettuce is important to clean out your system(make ya c**p), limit red meat, turkey and chicken breast are much better for protein. Oh and make sure you get vitamins.

    and i wasnt kidding about the boxers dont eat part. dont forget that they all try to get to the lowest weight they can, so their calorie intake is minimal compared to any other athlete.

  3. You need a diet high in protein low in fat and carbs. drink lots of water.

  4. leather?!  it's high in protien too you'll need that.

  5. It depends:

    Type of fighter = most, 2nd most, 3rd most

    Outside Fighter = Carbs, Protein, Iron

    Inside Fighter = Protein, Iron, Carbs, Lipids

    Brawler = Protein, Carbs, Iron

  6. if your really serious of becoming boxer then u need to eat alot of protein and vegetables, and u should avoid foods that are high in sugars and fat, u need to eat lots of chicken breats and pasta, and lots of fruits and vegetables and get some protein shakes and take multi vitamins to keep you healthy and physically strong

  7. Generally speaking you will have to eat a lot of punches.  Don't forget that eggs can be a beverage.

  8. Train seriously like other athletes, but avoid fats and alot of carbs to keep your weight down.  Lot's of protein for muslce growth and development, some carbs for energy, but not many or you will put on weight.  Soup, salads, lean meat including steak, no bread or pasta.
