how long should i train fighting everyday.

what methods should i use to improve my fighting skills.

how do i punch harder and faster.

also how many days a week should i train.

p.s. i need real answers and no playing

  1. Do Skipping rope everyday of your and even when you are tired push your self!

    Because it doesn't help if you are strong but not fit.

    Because the guy that is more fit won't get tired so easliy


  2. as for not being lazy you will not stop being lazy unless you have a reason to not be lazy. if training is something you want to do then you will do it. boxing isn't for everyone as it is very hard work. if you want to learn how to fight better go to a boxing gym and start to train. boxinghelp.com has a directory of boxing and other types of fighting schools.

    to start on your own you should do the following...

    rounds of 3 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between each round of jump-rope

    sit-ups, push-ups, squats, pull-ups, squat thrusts, kettle-bell swings, bench press (when you do this don't lift heavy weights just do lots and lots of reps, I use just the bar but do 50 reps when I do bench press), and others. go to crossfit.com for more ideas.

    as for boxing you should practice punching or any boxing moves until you get a trainer and have been training with him for at least 6 months. you don't want to practice something the wrong way on your own
