  1. You can train but you are too old to compete. The limit is 35 here. Very good for fitness it will the best possible workout you can do. It will get you down to your ultimate weight.

  2. It is a good idea to train as boxers do but not fight if you had fought years ago then you would know how much you could take your not 18 any more so don,t fight a 45 year old mans head is not made to be hit with a baseball bat and that is what some of those punches will feel like. You can spar with guys who are not trying to kill you but be careful doing that. Have fun

  3. Hey 45 year old man, it's never to late I'm 33 and started 2 years ago and I love it, I suggest you go to www.everlast.com and order there beginner training videos, it implies beginner but it is an intense workout, it took me a couple of weeks to get through the warmup with out stopping and I learned alot of basic techniques, so go for it and don't quit...

  4. when you box you will b in shape but after matches ull b hurten

  5. Hi

I think it would be wise to see your doctor and have a proper medical, let him know your intentions, as an ex middleweight I'd say forget it at your age, your cartilages aren't what they were, do the training by all means but avoid the contact.

    Ray. West York's. West York's. U.K.

  6. yeah try that or ufc,
