  1. Hit him EXACTLY in the stomach with a big punch and it should take the wind out of him.If you hit hard enough it should be all over with one punch.Unless your opponent does abdominal excersises. If so,the punch should still make a big change in the fight.Or same thing but to the eye or nose or jaw.And make him miss then counter.Or attack the neck(dont do in a boxing match,i think it's not allowed).

  2. I'm interpreting your question a little differently from most responders here.  You want to disable your opponent's ability to punch you.  For that, hit the shoulders and the biceps as hard and as sharply as you can, making sure your knuckles connect.  That will give him lactic acid buildup in the muscles he has to use to punch you.  Then his punches will get lighter while yours continue strong.

  3. punch them where most boxers aren't taught to punch or defend.

    Chest,neck,shoulders,elbows,hips (belt line warnings) kidney..etc.

watch tapes of the young foreman how he physically beat down folks with that lumberjack, country, mauling style.

  4. go to the body. when you hit somebody in the stomach, the liver, kidneys they will fatigue and the fatigue generated by body punches stays with them. a head punch can be deadly and knock them out but if it doesn't they can get past the pain b/c boxers train to not give into pain. but the body shots aren't just pain they literally suck the air out of the opponent.

  5. This is why boxing is so interesting to me, a boxer can out class his opponent  by a mile meaning, having a better jab, be a sharper crisper puncher, just being a better fighter/boxer.... but lesser skilled fighters depend greatly on conditioning, and by be condition to wait on the later rounds to inflict damage to his/her opponent can be done by making your opponent miss a lot of his big power shot and countering to his/her body. This is not an easy task one has to be skilled and have heart e.g. "Rocky Balboa"

  6. Moving and making your opponent miss is a great way to wear them down.  Throwning and landing body shots will also help you a lot.

  7. Rib Ribs Ribs

    Don' let him/her get air
