I dont have the time to join an academy(too far away from home), but ive hung up the bag,(i got a place at home), i have around 30 mins everyday to do this.

  1. start skipping and running it will help a lot!

weights will increase power of punch!

  2. You don't really need a schedule or anything, just start doing bag work everyday. You should also do cardio to build endurance and start lifting weights for strength to really get the most out of it. Look up demonstrations on youtube for proper ways to throw all of your punches, their are a lot of great videos on there. Once you learn your jab, cross, hook and uppercut, start working on combinations.

Examples of combinations: jab cross, jab cross hook, jab cross hook uppercut, jab jab, jab jab cross, jab hook cross, cross hook cross, uppercut hook cross...you get the picture. Just get creative. Also practice dodging after throwing a combo, most likely your opponent will strike back so get into the habit of dodging,
