  1. Well it sounds like you have your cardio down now just some practice with someone that can show you the right way to throw a punch to get the most results from it, more time with a speed bag to get your timing,  then some time with a sparing partner so you feel what it's really like to get hit alot and then decide if boxing is really what you want but whatever you do being able to defend yourself these days might be something to concider if you find your not really into boxing, boxing is not for everyone but it is great exercize, and theres nothing better then someone bigger then you picking a fight with you and you putting him down,

  2. check out the ymca! get a coach/trainer! asap

  3. I recommend joining a gym.

  4. There is a golden gloves in almost every city in the usa and canada and its pretty cheap to go.

  5. join a boxing gym and learn there. you can't teach yourself to fight. also go to crossfit.com and start taking ideas from there and doing that at least twice a week. good luck

I myself am Italian and Puerto Rican and btw there are plenty of white boxers who could kick your ***. the color of your skin does not determine whether you are a good fighter or are strong
