Boxing training and tips?

i need some tip on how long and hard i need to train. how long to run everyday. how many jumpropes, push ups, sit ups, punching combinations, blocking, a correct offense and defense and whatever else boxing tips. oh yeah i got asthem but not that bad i just get tired of runnin alot

p.s. can any experinced fighters or watever help me out on this and i need some real answers

    Not to burst your bubble, but depending on your asthma you might not even be allowed to box depending on the state or province your fighting in.

    Also if you get asthma from running? you might as well forget about a boxing workout, its the most intense and continual punch out drills and running, ext ext.

    Also if you get asthma from running, boxing will ware you out more then running. You actually get out of breath allot during a fight.
