Boxing training over the summer ?

Alright, I'm 16 years old and just about to finish grade 10 and go into 2 month summer holidays. I would like to improve my boxing skills over the summer. I can go to the boxing gym 3 times a week.. tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. there's a gym there, with dumbells and everything.. could you give me some tips on when/how often to work out, how to increase stamina/speed/power/REFLEXES, what to eat, e.c.t? thanks

  1. Hey, first of all congrats on deciding to spend your summer improving yourself. That's awesome. I would recommend creating a boxing workout for yourself by watching some boxing training videos like the ones in the source link. It's almost like getting personal training for free because the guy in the videos is an actual professional boxer. Also, make sure you include plenty of lifting in your routine, and keep your calories at the right level (depends on whether you need to lose or gain weight). Good luck!
