  1. The Adam And Albert Twins Forgot About Their Hero----Butter Bean---A Finely Conditioned Specimen---A Two Ton Tony Look Alike

  2. i would have to go with james jeffries or rocky marciano both former undiputed champs.jeffries was a big boy he would spar for 12 rounds, run 14 miles a day,and jump rope and use the medicine ball for 2-3 hours.he could run the 100 in just over 10 seconds.......world class speed by the way and he was 6'3" 228lbs.i don't know any guy that big that is that fast.rocky trained just as hard he would run up and down a hill for 6 miles and by the end of  camp was running 14-15 miles.this technique would later be used by walter payton the runningback for the bears.rocky would stay in camp and would talk to no one.only working out on the speed bag the medicine ball, the punching bag,,jumping rope for hours.he was a freak at training for a fight.there has never been anyone train as hard as these guys for a fight and believe it or not these guys both retired undefeated and are still considered 2 of the hardest punchers of our time.(jeffries would later come back to boxing and would lose to jack johnson but by this time he had been out of boxing for 6 years and had no warm up fight.)there has never been a boxer that trained this hard all the way through there career.ali was 20 pounds heaver by the time he was 30.the only guy i could say that may have trained this hard is maybe evander holyfield.
