Boy's 18th birthday?

Okay, next week is my boyfriend's 18th. We have agreed to celebrate in July as the exams will be over by then. It's my job to organise whatever we do as he did my party, but I have no ideas, and a few problems:

1 he doesn't like music

2 he doesn't like sports

3 I have a limited budget

4 he doesn't do outdoor things e.g. rockclimbing, driving

Any ideas? There will be a group of around 5 to 15 people, boys and girls, some of whom will be under 18. I already have his present. Thanks in advance!
