Boy and girl reaction times.?

i need alot of scientific info on reaction times, and how reactions work. for a research assignment at school. oh and how they work and why girls have a faster time than boys?

I recommend starting with at www.pubmed.org and searching for academic journal articles.  Also, if you are in college, you probably have access to the PsycINFO literary database, and using this to find information would be very good too.  I'm not sure you will find out WHY girls have faster reaction times than boys as this is still a very debatable issue in neuroscience; however you may find some theories on the topic.  Good searchings.
