Boy drama, i need some advice?

okay so there is this boy, and we have been friends for almost five years now. everyone says he has always had a crush on and his friends tell me that he is always talking about me. i never really thought about him in a boyfriend way until just recently, but one of my close friends just told me she might like him. i suddenly have a feeling that i like him as well, but i'm not sure if it's just because i don't want them to be together.. any advice?

Um... I had almost the same thing except ive been friends with the kid i liked for 8 years. Any way if u didnt think of him as boyfriend material before two things could of happened, 1. u changed your mind and you like him now, or 2. ur jealous because you know your friend likes him too. Dont do anything you'll regret until you know which it is. Continue being friends with him, and if you like him tell him. If he ends up going out with your friend, support them both no reason ruining 2 friendships just cause of your jealousy!
