Boy/friend problems! Helppp!?

Question

Ok so my best friend and her boyfriend have been together for over a year (idk for sure how long exactly :P) and for awhile it kind of seemed like she was obsessed with him, it was like they were married. But now lately all she talks about is this guy she's known for awhile, and he came to our town's football game (he's from a different town) and she was super excited and got upset when he didn't really talk to her. She also complains that her boyfriend is very overprotective and gets mad if she so much as talks to another guy. Tonight she said, "He's been really pissing me off lately!". She's asked me my opinion on the situation, and i don't really know what to make of it. Any thoughts?

Your friend probably sees alot of her boyfriend and hardly anything of this other guy, possibly she sees that this out of town guy as being something like a celebrity. Her bf is protecting her because he loves and cares for her and doesn't want anything bad to happen to her.

Anyway Her bf should relax a little, jealousy is pretty hard to get over but he needs to give her some space.

she doesn't like the boyfriend anymore, and is interested in this new guy.  i don't know if i'd take her word on how the boyfriend is over protective, but he probably isn't that good a boyfriend if she is getting interested in some other guy.  either that or your friend is easily bored :P

she getting less atached.  she's roaming.

  he is a little weird if he minds if she just talks to another guy, but maybe he's taking precuations cause she gets flirty, who knows.

He's probably being like that because he cares deeply about her. Jelousy is a bad tihng though. Hopefully everything works out for them. =)
