I love the name Lucas, my fiance's name aha.

Lucas Denton flows better, and I think Lucas is a nicer name, and deserves to be first. Denton is ok, but not for me :)

Lucas Denton, the other way reminds me of a old fashioned brand of pajamas (Dr. Denton's). Lucas is a good professional name as well, strong and competent sounding.

Lucas Denton-Lucas is cute but can grow with the child and will suit and adult. It sounds more like a formal proper name for job interviews and is less unusual, so easier for the child in their school year, with bullying etc. It flows really nicely and sounds cool with the more modern Denton after it.
