Boy names turning into girl names?

Question

How come names that used to be for boys are now being used for girls?......Joey, Jordan, Hayden, Bailey, and many many others......so are we gonna start having boys named Rachel and Brittany? This has been bothering me for quite awhile. As a teacher I'm afraid when I see names I'm not going to know if they are boys or girls.

Some people like having unisex names.  The actress (Mary) Sean Young uses the name Sean instead of Mary.  I've heard of women with the middle name Kevin who proudly displayed their middle name.
