right... my friend used to go out with this guy but she dumped him bout 4 months ago , then he started saying to me that he liked me and he wanted me to do stuff on cam

in july went to this party and he was really flirting with me saying stuff like you want me to finger you etc i was like no ! then now hes started bumming his ex i dont know what to do !?

Sounds like he just wants s*x to me. Stay away from guys like that. He also seems like a loser.

It sounds as though he may be fooling you into believing he likes you.
