If Zara Philips marries her boyfriend Mark Tindall, will Mark be granted a title, or would Zara become, simply, Mrs Zara Tindall?

Zara Philips will probably be simply "Mrs Zara Tindall." Whether or not they will be granted with a title is solely up to The Queen. I think Zara will want to follow her mother by refusing any titles for herself, her husband and her future children. Zara and her brother Peter were raised as commoner children rather than royals, since Princess Anne wanted her children to have a "normal" life. I believe Zara would want the same thing for her own children.

She would be Mrs. Mark Tindall.  Of course, it is possible that the Queen might bestow a title in the future.
