Boyfriend sees the trees, and I see the forest... what can we enjoy together?

My boyfriend is really into obsessing over little details, and I go crazy with all that. I am more into the overall picture. This really makes us have very separate concerns, even within one subject!

What sorts of things can we do where we might have more common ground. Our differences are great, but it would be nice to share a similar experience for once.

Go to some poetry reading clubs.  You'd be the perfect combination.  He can find all the minute details while you can sum them up into one big picture.

It may drive you crazy, but try an art museum or aquarium.  You may be able to show each other different ways of looking at things.  Try to appreciate the differences.  You may learn from each other.
